Shipping and Returns
Here at Aquarium CO2, we're about quality information, objective education and quality parts. Orders are generally processed in one business day and we'll update you on your order. We do our best to keep all of our recommended products in stock in our warehouse in Western Canada and items typically ship in 1-3 business days. In case it isn't, we will provide an update on your order and we will work to fulfill your order within 1-3 weeks.
While we provide free shipping over $99 for most provinces across Canada, unfortunately due to the vastness of our country, we ask that customers in the Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut reach out to us for shipping quotes.
In some instances, we also reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees but we will communicate with you prior to order processing.

RETURNS
Returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee and customer is responsible for return shipping. While we believe in excellent customer service, due to the specialized products offered, returns are subject to approval and inquiries must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
To qualify for a return, the item must have be in new, unopened and unused condition. Returns are accepted in instances where the product(s) are defective or have been received in a damaged condition.

WARRANTY
Please ensure you review your order immediately after receiving it and and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received item(s) in error. We'll ensure we work with you to determine the best way we can support you the to resolve the issue.

As authorized dealers of the lights and aquarium products we carry, they are guaranteed under a limited warranty. The warranty covers manufacturers defects for 1 year on Chihiros lighting.
Should you have a concern regarding a manufacturer defect or a product warranty, we can assist you in contacting the manufacturer.

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA
Customers outside of North America MUST select the "No Tank" option on our complete kits.
We currently offer shipping to the US and parts of Europe for $40CAD FLATRATE. Please email with other inquiries.
